Thank you for shopping at Urander. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping Information

Once you place an order at urander.com, it will be confirmed within 48 hours. You will receive an email with the order details. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on orders over $50.
  • $5.50 shipping fee for orders under $50.
We offer three shipping options to cater to your needs:
  1. Free Ground Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.
  2. Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days for an additional fee.
  3. Free 20-Day Ground Shipping: Available for select products.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products or destinations may have shipping restrictions due to local/state laws, hazardous materials, large or irregularly shaped items, or specific address types (e.g., military addresses and some islands).

Please note, Brazil requires customs inspection and import taxes based on the category and value of the goods. By placing an order, you agree to bear these taxes. We will assist with notification and provide tax payment guidance upon your package's arrival. Urander is not responsible for any customs fees and taxes applied to your order.

Processing & Delivery Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2-4 working days, excluding force majeure. If delivery conditions are not met within 3-5 working days, a notice will be provided on the product page.
  • Shipping Time: Delivery takes 3 to 20 business days, depending on the product and location (excluding pre-sale items).

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 2-3 days.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Urander is not responsible for any customs fees and taxes applied to your order. These fees are the customer's responsibility.

Order Changes & Cancellations

To change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will accommodate changes to the extent possible before shipping confirmation. Some changes may cause shipping delays. We cannot accommodate changes or cancellations for special orders or orders that have already shipped. If we are unable to make changes, you can utilize our Returns process.

Additional Notes:

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Urander is not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
  • If your package is lost, contact the logistics company for verification. Urander is not responsible if the address provided matches the shipping label.
  • Multiple items in an order may be shipped separately. You will receive a shipment notification for each item.
