Warranty Terms

At Urander, we are committed to delivering high-quality products designed to enhance your CyberTruck adventures. We stand behind our products with a robust warranty policy to ensure your satisfaction.

1. Warranty Coverage

Roof Rack Systems (Limited Lifetime)

  • Coverage: Urander warrants all Urander Roof Rack Systems for the lifetime of use by the original purchaser.
  • Conditions: This warranty is valid only if the Roof Rack Systems are installed according to Urander’s recommended fitment instructions and used with Urander Mounting Systems.
  • Transferability: This warranty terminates when the original retail purchaser sells or transfers the product to another person.

Roof Rack Accessories & Mounting Systems (3 Years)

  • Coverage: Urander warrants all Urander brand Roof Rack Accessories and Rack Mounting Systems for three years from the date of purchase by the original retail purchaser.
  • Conditions: The warranty is valid only if the accessories are fitted to a Urander Roof Rack.
  • Transferability: This warranty terminates if the product is transferred to another person or fitted to a non-Urander Roof Rack.

Other Urander Manufactured Products (2 Years)

  • Coverage: Urander warrants all other Urander branded products, including water tanks, bumpers, tow bars, drawers, and sliders, for two years from the date of purchase by the original retail purchaser.
  • Transferability: This warranty terminates when the original retail purchaser sells or transfers the product to another person.

Roof Top Tents & Awnings (2 Years)

  • Coverage: Urander warrants all Urander Roof Top Tents and Awnings for two years from the date of purchase by the original retail purchaser.
  • Transferability: This warranty terminates when the original retail purchaser sells or transfers the product to another person.

Other Urander Branded Items (1 Year)

  • Coverage: Urander warrants all other Urander branded items, including but not limited to, chairs, cutlery, storage bags, and ladders, for one year from the date of purchase by the original retail purchaser.
  • Transferability: This warranty terminates when the original retail purchaser sells or transfers the product to another person.

Non-Urander Products

  • Coverage: Urander sells products that complement our product range. For these products, Urander will honor all original manufacturers' warranties when purchased from or through a Urander reseller.

2. Warranty Claims

  • Process: In the event that a product is defective, please contact the Urander reseller from whom you purchased the product. All warranty claims must include a copy of the original invoice. Warranty approvals will not be granted without an original or copy of the invoice.
  • Assessment: Upon receipt of your claim, our team will assess the issue and determine whether it is covered under the warranty. We may require you to return the product for further evaluation.

3. Remedies

  • Options: Subject to the limitations and exclusions described in this warranty, Urander will remedy defects in materials or workmanship by repairing or replacing, at its option, a defective product without charge for parts or labor. In addition, Urander may elect, at its option, not to repair or replace a defective product but rather issue a refund equal to the purchase price paid or a credit to be used toward the purchase of a new Urander product.
  • Exclusions: This warranty excludes problems caused by normal wear and tear, including but not limited to, scratches, dents, tears, aesthetic oxidation of surfaces, natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use, commercial use, accidents, or unlawful vehicle operation.

4. Limitations

  • No Warranty for Certain Conditions: No warranty is given for defects resulting from conditions beyond Urander’s control, including but not limited to, modifications or repairs not performed or authorized by Urander, misuse, overloading, or failure to assemble, install, or use the product in accordance with Urander’s written instructions.
  • Exclusive Remedy: Repair or replacement of a defective product, or the issuance of a refund or credit (as determined by Urander), is the purchaser’s exclusive remedy under this warranty. Damage to the purchaser’s vehicle, cargo, or any other person or property is excluded.
  • No Other Warranties: This warranty is made in lieu of any other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Limitation of Liability: Urander's sole liability is limited to the remedy set forth above. In no event will Urander be liable for any lost profits, lost sales, or for any consequential, direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.

In some countries, product liability legislation may provide additional rights beyond the scope of this warranty. Where this applies, such rights shall replace the rights and conditions stated in this warranty.
